1st Press 325F for 7 seconds HEAVY Place transfer on the shirt.
Peel Hot Peel N/A Immediately peel the carrier sheet off.
2nd Press 325F for 7 seconds HEAVY Press again directly onto the print.

Pro Tip: NO TEFLON SHEETS, NO COVERS, or PILLOWS are needed (use at your discretion).
