🧵 HOW TO APPLY (Varies by heating element & garment)

2️⃣ Cover with cotton fabric or Teflon sheet
3️⃣ Iron on high for about 30 seconds with firm pressure (no back and forth)
4️⃣ Iron inside of garment underneath patch for another 30 seconds
5️⃣ For extra durability, sew a few simple stitches around the patch edges
